Deployment support

General overview

Beside of site acquisition which is a well known and controlled activity, TerUsus may offer several other services related to site deployment, still in the “project and managed services” philosophy. Most of these services relies on the SPOC principle and on cost optimization by centralizing some key activities generally spread over several contractors.

Advantage is double, both from an operational as from a financial prospective

• All specific activities are processed the same way and via a single channel towards external parties.
• Distributed (part of) organizations in charge of these specific activities are grouped and centralized with obviously better efficiency and therefore lower costs.
